1. Designed and led best practices study that showed a previously unrecognized relationship between collaborative work practices and operational performance.
2. Used a strengths-based approach that analyzed success stories of technical personnel to identify best practice competencies of individuals, teams, and leaders.  The study led to a three-year initiative that in the first year, increased facility performance from 9th place to 5th place among 9 regions. 
3. Designed and conducted customer satisfaction study for an engineering organization as part of ISO 9000 certification assessment. This study improved internal customer relationships and identified practices of engineers with successful customer relationships.
